Itineraries

4 hour Adelaide City Tour: Capture the ‘essentials’ including North Adelaide, Glenelg Beach,
an escorted central market tour and a trip up to Mt Lofty for a panoramic city view.
8 hour McLaren Vale: See why the areas surrounding the city are famous for being Australia’s
best wine regions including a stop at the critically acclaimed d’Arenberg Cube. A popular add-on
for those who want to experience something other than wine is the Fleurieu Peninsula and the
quaint town of Victor Harbor. Lunch can be a quick sandwich to maximise touring or a lavish
affair on the water/overlooking the vines.
8 hour Barossa Valley: This more famous wine region is home to some standouts such as
Penfolds or Henschke. Again, being less than an hour from the city, even half-day options are
possible if you are short on time. For something a little different, learn about the area’s history
on the Kapunda Heritage Trail or have some fun at the Whispering Wall.
Kangaroo Island: Take the ferry or a short flight to this stunning island rich in wildlife, local
produce and friendly locals. Our clients usually say that this is their favourite part of visiting
South Australia.
Eyre Peninsula: Take a short 50 minute flight to Port Lincoln, home to the only spot in Australia
where you can shark dive with Great Whites. This part of the country is free of mass tourism
and truly off-the-beaten-path as you can swim with wild sea lions and dolphins at Baird Bay,
shuck oysters at Coffin Bay and explore the majestic Talia Caves.
Flinders Ranges: There are an array of ways to experience this rugged and authentic part of
the country – mountain bike, 4WD/SUV, hiking on foot, by air or even a camel. It’s
approximately a 5 hour drive from Adelaide so we recommend spending a few days and we
have the expert guides to enhance your experience at every turn.
